This page has a variety of
materials related to the 2010 Montreal Convention.
You can download the complete registration booklet,
individual registration forms, graphics for the
promotion postcard and monthly materials
that are appropriate for District newsletters, club
newsletters and distribution at both the club and
district level.
NOTE: All of the materials on this page
(with the exception of the Convention Registration
Booklet and various individual registration materials) were created by 2010 RI Promotion Committee
Member,
Harriett Schloer, who
is also the Executive Secretary for the Convention Goers
Fellowship as well as the fellowship's webmaster.

Organizing Committee registration materials. It is a
3MB PDF file that has EVERYTHING!
Following are the separate registration forms and
housing forms. These are the forms only and do
not contain any other information about the
Convention and/or Montreal. You will need to
download the booklet above to get everything.
Note: For international language versions of the
above forms, you will need to visit
http://www.rotary.org and select the language of
your choice. The forms are available on the individual
language site.

The 2010 Convention promotion postcard graphics are made
available for Global Rotary use. Each is a 300 DPI JPG
file. No other formats are available. To print these, take them to your commercial
printer and have them printed 4-Up on a standard 8 1/2 X 11
sheet of GLOSSY card stock (front side only) Or, you can have them printed
online very cost effectively with
Vista Print.

and distributing during club meetings or for
