We will need your help at the 2009 RI Convention in Birmingham, England (UK) in staffing our fellowship booth during House of Friendship hours.  Please complete the online booth staffing form and indicate which time(s) you will be available.  The shifts are only 2-3 hours in length and we'll need help from a LOT of people to make sure the burden does not fall on just a few.  If we ALL work together on this, EVERYONE will have a great time at the convention.  We need four to six people for each time slot.  Remember, your spouse / partner can help out even though they may not be members of the fellowship.  Please look at the staffing schedule below and notify the Secretary when you can work.  The Schedule will be updated as we have volunteers.  Send an email to in2dtp@empnet.com with the Days and Times that you can work.  We're going to need a LOT of help so sign up early.  We posted the RI lunches as well as the evening events so you can plan your staffing schedule accordingly.
