The Luncheon Menu
is as Follows:
Because our fellowship meeting will be held during
the lunch hour, we are offering a buffet lunch for
those who are interested ($22.50). You MUST
pre-register and pay in advance. Here's the menu:
SOUPS will be (1) Roasted Corn and Crab Chowder and
(2) Vegetable Barley. SALADS will be (1)Chicken
Caesar Salad with sliced mesquite grilled breast of
chicken on a bed of Romaine lettuce with fresh
ginger, fresh cilantro, grilled peppers, sliced Roma
tomatoes, baby corn, crispy tortilla strips and
Caesar dressing; and (2) Fresh Spinach Salad with
baby spinach served with crisp bacon, craisins,
walnuts, hard boiled egg, Bermuda onion, tossed in a
cranberry vinaigrette; and (3) Fresh Fruit Salad
with seasonal fruits and a coconut lime dressing;
and (4) Red Jacket Potato Salad with diced red
onions and bell peppers in a creamy dijonaise
dressing. SANDWICHES are (1). Sliced almond and
grape chicken salad; and (2) Albacore tuna salad
with onion and diced celery; and (3) Traditional egg
salad. DESSERT will be large gourmet cookies.
Beverages are included. The $22.50 lunch fee
includes lunch, beverages, gratuity (20%) and all
sales tax. We've endeavored to keep the price
as low as possible for this Salt Palace catered
event.
